Oil Drilling Cone Bit

Technical features

  • cutting: To improve wear resistance, the surface of the steel teeth of the drill bit is coated with a new type of wear-resistant alloy. To improve the mechanical properties of the insert teeth of the drill bit, a new composition of hard alloy and new tooth manufacturing technologies are used;

Sharoshka for drilling mine shafts
Sharoshka for mine shaft drilling is a kind of rock crushing drilling tool installed at the head of construction equipment for trenchless laying: on tunneling complexes, TBM, rack mills, etc. It is used for cutting rocks in working faces and removing rocks from the surface of the face. It is widely used in the construction of subways, railways, water diversion tunnels, as well as pipeline networks of urban water supply systems.

Universal hydraulic preventer

Throttle manifold

With the BOP closed, back pressure can be controlled by maintaining a certain BHP by opening or closing the throttle valve. Killing manifold

The use of the integrated module as a two- and three-stage solids removal device allows the separation of solid particles as small as 20 µm. The reverse drilling fluid is suitable for direct use or can be sent to a subsequent processing step for separating the solids in medium and high speed centrifuges.

Integrated drilling cuttings disposal system

The system is mainly used on site to carry out the second stage of cleaning the drilling fluid from harmful solids materials after it has been cleaned and solids have been separated. The cleaned drilling fluid can be reused. At the same time, drilling cuttings are being treated to improve the environmental situation at the work site and increase production efficiency. This is one of the best devices for cleaning drill cuttings from solid harmful substances.

Casing Tool System

The casing running tool system can be used for various types of casing running operations. It is a new type mechanical-hydraulic rig for casing strings, which allows for automatic connection, rotation of casing strings during running and circulation of drilling mud. The device reduces potential safety hazards such as running resistance, casing sticking, etc., and improves the success of casing running and cementing operations. Changing conventional technologies has made casing running operations safer, faster and more efficient. The casing running tool system at the top is connected to the corresponding top drive of the drive shaft, and in the lower part — with the casing using a non-threaded connection (internal stop or external clamp), after which the system is ready for use. Column Head

Wellhead equipment of a new type, combining casing heads, pipe heads and a drilling cross in one body.
