Westco International Consulting, Inc was founded to meet the growing demand for quality drilling and workover equipment in North America. Currently, Westco supplies various spare parts and equipment to the markets of other countries: pipe connection machines, tubing spiders, hydraulic tongs, electric and diesel driven power units, tubing elevators.

MACHINE FOR MAKE-UP OF PIPE JOINTS
Our pipe joint make-up machine is a self-contained, electro-hydraulic powered skid-mounted machine for making and breaking out of n.d. pipe joints. 1−5/16" to 7" (33.3 — 177.8mm) horizontal. Maximum torque 8000 ft-lbs (10 850 Nm).

HYDRAULIC TUBING WRENCH

Front leaf with safety lock, high torque, light weight, easy operation, low maintenance design, long service life.
Additional options: torque element and torque gauge, hydraulic locking device, pneumatic locking device.

ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT MODEL EPU-027

HPU with an electric drive model EPU-027 380V 50 Hz, three-phase electric motor of alternating current, 68 Amps at full load of the engine. Available for 460 V 60 Hz, 72 A.

The explosion-proof switchboard includes a breaker, a starter, an overload relay and a "on" light signal. The GSU is equipped with an electric explosion-proof motor with a power of 50 hp, developing 1480 rpm. The HPU is equipped with a 90 gallon (340 L) reservoir with a suction filter, a
return flow filter, an oil temperature sensor and two relay controlled heating elements.

Maximum output: 52 g/min (197 l/min) at 1100 PSI (82 bar), minimum flow rate 25 g/min (95 l/min) at 2500 PSI (170 bar). Maximum pressure (bypass valve factory calibrated): 2500 PSI (170 bar).
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT WITH DIESEL DRIVE MODEL HPU-6914
The diesel driven HPU is designed exclusively to drive hydraulic tubing tongs, casing tongs and drill pipes. The power plant is equipped with a six-cylinder engine "DEUTZ" F6L 914 with an air-cooled system.
Engine power of 84 kW (113 hp) at a maximum speed of 2300 rpm. The HPU provides pressure up to 197 atm (2,900 PSI) at a capacity of 110 l/min (29 gpm).

WESTCO KEY MODEL RS

Reinforced steel body reduces the possibility of deformation of the body. Corner inserts have been added to the lower case to reduce the likelihood of case deformation. Built-in sprocket and outer ring (sprocket teeth are machined to the outer ring). Traditional chain driven design.

WESTCO UNCUT WRENCH MODEL 58-93R

Carries out work on a chain drive, equipped with a lubricating system. Equipped with five jaws and cam clamping system. Optional manual, pneumatic or hydraulic locking device, optional wrench height adjustment hydraulic cylinder, optional wrench hard mount. Height adjustment hydraulic cylinder.

ELEVATORS FOR TUBING

WESTCO tubing side door elevators in 65 and 100 ton capacities have been carefully designed and built for tripping safety. These elevators are designed to handle tubing from 2−3/8" to 3−½" (60.3 — 88.9 mm).
The WESTCO Model CL-100 Central Locking Elevator has a capacity of 100 short tons and is designed to handle tubing diameters from 2−3/8" to 3−½" (60.3 — 88.9 mm).

SPIDER FOR TUBING MODEL E

Load capacity - 350,000 pounds (175 tons). Material - alloyed heat-treated steel.
Big Brand Theory
Westco Models 16−25 and 24−50 casing tongs offer torque from 25,000 ft-lbs (33,900 Nm) to 50,000 ft-lbs (67,800 Nm) and are designed to run and retrieve casings from 5−½" in diameter. (139.7 mm) up to 24" (609 mm). At the heart of this versatile and lightweight wrench is a one-of-a-kind locking rotor that allows complete gripping of the pipe.

Big Brand Theory

The M20 provides high speed, low torque operation for shallow to medium depth wells. Model M40 provides medium speed operation with medium torque for medium and deep wells. The M50 provides low speed, high torque operation for cost effective projects.

SPIDER FOR TUBING MODEL B/C/CHD/ INVERTED CHD

Inserts provide a grip in 360, removable latch. Used with a single tubing string. 4 kinds of models are available, hydraulic or pneumatic drive. An inverted Westco CHD spider in combination with a regular CHD spider in the opposite position is used when forcibly running a tool into a pressurized hole.
